A $16M public investment in the heart of Providence required more than a compelling plan. It required community buy-in. Twin Axis Principal led visualization for Arup across the full scope: 4D construction phasing, architectural and lighting renders, placemaking visuals, and an interactive virtual engagement tool used for public outreach meetings. The project covered Kennedy Plaza, Waterplace Park, the RiverWalk, and the BankNewport Skating Rink. Residents could navigate the proposed spaces, experience the lighting and programming vision, and provide direct feedback before a dollar was spent. That's the power of making a plan visible.
