My work with 3D reality capture combines precise site documentation with immersive digital visualization to help teams better understand existing conditions and make more confident design decisions.

I have captured parks, building interior/exterior environments using traditional LiDAR scanning and photogrammetry, creating accurate spatial datasets that support analysis, visualization, and communication across project teams.

More recently, I have been exploring workflows that merge 3D Gaussian Splats with BIM and GIS data, opening up new ways to connect high-fidelity reality capture with design and infrastructure intelligence.

This approach helps bridge the gap between the physical world and digital twin environments, making complex spaces more legible, experiential, and useful throughout planning and design.
